2. If a sales or purchase contract is signed, the starting and ending time of the Valid warranty period and the warranty clauses shall be subject to the contract. If no sales or purchase contract is signed, the starting and ending time of the valid warranty period will start from the invoice date.
3. Warranty service does not include failures caused by incorrect installation, operation, cleaning, maintenance, accidents, damages, misuse, abuse, non-original spare parts of Futural Robot, third-party software and hardware errors, natural wear or other accidents, behaviors, failures, or negligence beyond the control of Futural Robot.
4. For specific service commitments to robot parts sold separately by Futural Robot, please refer to the supporting warranty certificate.
5. Other products or promotional products bundled with Futural robot products shall be subject to the warranty policy as stipulated by the promotional activity.
6. The agent or distributor shall be responsible for the service, warranty and technical support for additional services, accessories and other non-original accessories and non-original gifts promised by them.
7. Futural Robot does not bear the cost and risk of picking up and delivering the Product in the process of sending for maintenance by the customer.
8. To the extent permitted by law, Futural Robot may, at its sole discretion, provide the warranty service promised herein by repairing, replacing, or returning.
9. Futural Robot and Authorized Service Center may restore the initial settings of the system when repairing the Product. Futural Robot will not restore or transfer any data stored in memory device of or any software of the repaired product. After the Product is repaired, all original data will be permanently deleted.
10. For faults higher than the rated failure rate, Futural Robot will, at its discretion, decide whether to repair the faulty components or products and provide relevant alternative products. Customers or end users bear the round-trip of the Product.
11. When Futural Robot provides after-sales maintenance service, all the replaced complete machines, main parts and accessories are owned by Futural Robot.
12. For products not covered by or beyond the free warranty period, Futural Robot will provide paid services according to the “Standard for Rates of Paid Services”. 13) The standard warranty clause is only applicable to standard robot product of Futural Robot that are manufactured and sold within the territory of the People's Republic of China (except Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan), and warranty components only refer to the complete machine and main components of Futural robot products that are configured when delivery.
